How does membership work ?
13 Sept 20226: We are implementing a new membership system this week - please bear with us a for a few days and check back later in the week
Membership at Otley Sailing Club is managed online through MemberMojo — a simple, secure membership platform used by clubs across the UK. Click the button below to create your account, choose your membership type, and pay online. That’s it. You’re in.
Once you’ve joined, our membership secretary will be in touch to send you your access key, door codes, and a Welcome Pack with everything you need to get started.

We have a number of membership types to match your circumstances:
Individual (includes dependent children)
Family (includes couples and dependent children)
Student (18 - 21 year olds in permanent education)
Dual Club (for anyone who is already a member on another RYA club)
Volunteer (for our amazing sailfree volunteers)
Membership runs for 12 months from your date of joining.

The club is run entirely by volunteers so we just need to schedule a time when someone is available to meet you (the access road is kept locked so you cant just turn up and have a look around).

Our amazing team of volunteer instructors run courses throughout the year with reduced prices for members.

Monthly fun session for young sailors on a Saturday with our team of experienced Instructors.
Volunteering
The club is 100% volunteer run. Volunteering is THE best way to get involved with our sailing community.
Hire a Dinghy
If you can sail to Level 2 standard then you can hire one of our Toppers, Lasers, Hartley 12s or Fusion dinghies.
Get afloat any time you want
While it is obviousy risky going afloat alone we do not impose a ‘buddy’ sailing rule. You can sail, kayak or paddle any time you want.
Junior Coaching
Beginners, novices or experienced young sailors - we have coaching courses to develop your skills.
Powerboat Training
Our Powerboat Instructors run RYA Level 2 powerboat courses 3 times a year. Discounted prices for members.
BBQ & Galley
